Aide Benson is a Fiduciary Advisor who understands the complexities facing individuals and families who have gone through a life changing event. She is especially knowledgeable about the issues facing families with children living with special needs due to her personal experience in caring, supporting and advocating for her medically fragile son.

Prior to joining Inspire, Aide worked for Wells Fargo’s Special Needs Trust Services as a Fiduciary Administrator for 8 years. In that role, she honed her skills in trust administration including developing a deep understanding of family dynamics, public benefits, trust document language, and resources available to assist clients who need care giving, case management, and accessible home or vehicle modifications. Overall, Aide has 30 years of financial experience which encompasses time spent in wealth management and community banking. Aide is currently studying for her Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor Certification and is fluent in Spanish.

When Aide is not helping clients at Inspire, she can be found providing volunteer advocacy for medically fragile children in Central Texas area as a board member of the Abigail E. Keller Foundation, serving at her church, and spending time with her husband and children.
