Amy papesh
Fiduciary Leader
In her Fiduciary Leader role, Amy Papesh provides guidance and account administration to individuals and families who have received funds related to a personal injury action. Amy has built her career deeply advocating for her clients and being an integral part of their lives for many years.
Prior to joining Inspire, Amy specialized in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and guardianships. As chair of her firm’s probate and estate division, she provided comprehensive services to clients, addressing all their probate, estate and trust needs.
Amy earned her B.A., cum laude, from John Carroll University and her J.D. from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. A sought-after speaker, she frequently presents for organizations such as the Ohio State Bar Association and has been a featured speaker at the national Mass Torts Made Perfect Conference in Las Vegas. Amy also spearheaded the 2023 revision of Ohio’s wrongful death statute.
Amy has volunteered with the local county court resource center, offering guidance and support to individuals navigating complex legal processes. She serves as Chairman of the Portage County Guardianship Services Board. She also provides care for her adult brother with severe disabilities, crediting her personal experience with caregiving as a source of her deep empathy and dedication to her clients.
In her free time, Amy enjoys cooking for loved ones, cheering on Ohio football, and traveling with her husband and adult sons.
