Ana Ruiz is a highly experienced real estate professional with over a decade of expertise in various dynamic real estate markets across the United States. She specializes in helping families, particularly those needing special assistance, find their forever homes. A graduate of Ithaca College with degrees in Pre-Law and Business Administration, Ana combines a strong foundation in analytical thinking, negotiation, and business management to her real estate practice.

Before joining Inspire Trust Company, Ana served as a Facility Asset Manager VP at Citibank, where she managed an extensive NYC portfolio. She also spent five years with Wells Fargo Bank N.A.’s Asset Management team, focusing on trust administration for real estate. This role sharpened her skills in understanding the family dynamic when purchasing a new home, negotiating complex real estate contracts, and performing thorough due diligence.

Ana holds advanced certifications that further enhance her capabilities. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) from IREM, proficient in Argus Software for financial analysis, and has completed Cornell University’s Real Estate Leasing Strategy program. These credentials enable her to manage both residential and commercial properties with expertise, providing clients with detailed financial insights and strategic guidance. Outside of her professional life, Ana is passionate about community service, including teaching religious studies to young children and volunteering at the local food bank. She is also an avid marathon runner, with her most recent race being the Berlin Marathon.
