As CFDO of Inspire Trust, Anne is focused on leadership of the fiduciary team, including oversight of trust administration, vetting of new accounts, supporting client and family relationships, and management of the unique and complex risks in the exercise of fiduciary duties.

Prior to joining Inspire, Anne practiced law in Illinois and Iowa, with a focus on estate planning and administration, and contracts.  She then managed and grew client relationships at Well Fargo’s Private Bank, later relocating with the bank to Minneapolis to manage the trust professionals for the Twin Cities area.  Anne became the Senior Fiduciary Officer/Head of Risk for Wells Fargo’s national personal trust division, leading the geographically dispersed and diverse risk team. She carried responsibility for high-level discretionary decisions, development of policies and procedures, and implemented changes from the results of testing and regulatory examinations.  She has managed experts in a wide variety of trust assets and types while prioritizing client relationships, communication and adherence to fiduciary standards. 

Anne has a BA in English from Luther College and a JD from Northern Illinois University College of Law.  She maintains law licenses in Illinois and Iowa.  Anne is a lifelong learner, and approaches work and life with curiosity, kindness and courage. She and her husband, Mike, enjoy being outdoors with their cattle dog, Sheila, and time with their college-aged son.
