As Inspire Trust’s Lead Compliance Officer, Caden Wenzel ensures the bank is following laws, regulations, and internal policies by providing guidance and support to our fiduciary and investment teams.  Caden’s approach to problem solving is analytical and holistic and he understand the importance of involving all stakeholders in decision making to arrive at the best outcome. 

Caden is an attorney by trade and has over ten years’ experience in the legal, fiduciary, and compliance realm.  After earning his law degree at St. Mary's University, he joined a Fortune 50 financial institution where he honed his skills in working effectively and collaboratively with stakeholders and received recognition for consistently going above and beyond expectations.   Caden was involved in sensitive cross-functional business control initiatives with exposure to executive leadership, and further worked on matters related to internal audit, compliance exams, and BSA/AML requirements.

Though born and raised in Washington State, Caden now calls Texas home.  Caden enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cheering on Seattle sports teams (yes, even the Mariners).
